Refunds & Returns Policy
At Purely Handmade, each soap is handcrafted in small batches and often made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every item we sell.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order will be in progress and cannot be changed or canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted on bath and body products, whether used or unused.
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Include your order number, a photo of the item(s) and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other adverse effects.
All product listings include full ingredient information; please read carefully before purchase.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
By purchasing our products, you agree to release Purely Handmade from liability beyond the purchase price of the item.
Shipping-Related Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Once your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Final Decision
All refund, replacement, or credit requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of Purely Handmade.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
